Many people in space development community hope Barack Obama will be a supporter of Solar Power Satellites. Others people disagree, so on the day Mr Obama's inauguration Alex and I have decided to debate the question:
"Is now the time for major government funding of Space Solar Power?"
Alex takes the Yes case, I the No case.
